Brian R. Jones CPA, LLC ("BRJ CPA") is a licensed CPA firm in the States of Louisiana and Texas.
BRJ CPA concentrates on providing businesses with a broad array of business services to meet most client needs including Attestation, Due Diligence, Controllership and Fraud Examination services.
Brian R. Jones is the managing member of BRJ CPA. Brian is a licensed CPA in both Louisiana and Texas and a Certified Fraud Examiner ("CFE"). He has over 25 years of business accounting experience. Brian lives in Lake Charles, Louisiana with his wife and children. Brian's wife Mary is an attorney with her own professional practice (www.msjllc.com).
Margaret ("Maggie") Welch began working at BRJ CPA in 2008 through the McNeese State University ("MSU") Internship program. Maggie stayed on after completing her internship and subsequently graduated from MSU with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance in 2008. In 2010, Maggie earned her MBA degree from MSU. Today, Maggie heads up our day to day controllership services. Maggie enjoys golf and sky diving.
We actively support MSU business college and typically have at least one student gaining experience with our firm every year!
